They can also learn new strategies and techniques to overcome obstacles and improve their performance, as well as receive ongoing support and feedback from our coach. Here are the Vahana Coaching Programs you can choose from: STARTER SESSIONS: Ideal for clients who have had coaching in the past and are ready to build upon that and who have one goal they would like to work on. Sessions: 6 Duration: 3 Months Price: $1500 1hr - Online or In person DEVELOPMENT SESSIONS: Ideal for those who have not had any coaching in the past and have multiple areas they wish to work on and would like to delve more into their stories and beliefs that are holding them back. Clients will be provided with a customized tool kit.
